Reducing post-harvest agricultural losses
Develops fruit and vegetable preservation solutions to reduce post-harvest losses. Secured a €130,000 grant funding operations through end of 2025. Planned €300,000 raise for May–June 2026. €30,000 revenue in Q1 2025, with a €150,000 full-year projection based on 10 to 15 operations per month.
